AI Can Do More Than Answer Questions.

Business Decisions

Analyze business information, compare options and investigate what is affecting results, with useful context for your judgment.

Examples
  • Investigate which types of jobs are losing margin.
  • Compare software options against your business needs.
  • Review marketing results to inform where to invest.

Content & Communication

Create and refine marketing content, customer communications and internal documentation using your business knowledge and voice.

Examples
  • Draft customer follow-up from job notes.
  • Develop marketing content around your services.
  • Turn your procedures into clear staff guides.

Process Automation

Coordinate routine steps across your tools, using AI to interpret information and take agreed actions with appropriate checks.

Examples
  • Organize incoming leads and flag missing details.
  • Prepare follow-up and route it for approval.
  • Compile recurring reports and flag changes for review.

What is possible depends on your information, tools and agreed scope. These capabilities can be useful on their own; more automation is not always the better answer.

Certified AI Experience for Field Services

Led by a Google AI Professional-certified practitioner, Rehash combines field-service systems expertise with hands-on experience building our own AI agents and workflows. We specialize in ChatGPT and Claude across web and desktop, using your assessment to choose where to start, then building and testing the setup with your team.

  • Built Around Your Business

Your information, software and working methods give the AI relevant context for the tasks you need it to handle.

  • Experience You Can Build On

Our own development and trial and error inform how we configure your system, test its limits and refine the results.

  • Training for Everyday Use

Your team learns how to use the setup, review its output and recognize when to step in.

Start With a Completed Systems Assessment

Your assessment establishes where AI could make a worthwhile difference and the requirements we need to build around.

A completed assessment is required. Focused assessment depth depends on unresolved needs; you do not need finished prompts or a complete knowledge base to begin the conversation.

AI Agent Development
& AI Automation

Start with AI your team can use. Build toward workflows it can help run. We establish business context and practical skills first, then extend into automation where the value is clear.

AI Agent Development

Start With a Master Agent

A business-aware assistant configured with your information and working methods. Use it for reasoning and analysis while learning how to provide context, assess its answers and recognize its limits.

  • Organize relevant references and instructions.
  • Test real business tasks and refine the results.
  • Learn how to use, review and update the setup.
Expand Where It Adds Value

Add a standalone specialist for a defined task, or a communicating fleet when coordinated agents are justified. Specialists operate independently unless that coordination is explicitly built.

Practical Training Included

AI Automation

Put a Defined Workflow Into Use

Apply AI within an agreed process, from its input through to a useful output or action. Define the checks, responsibilities and exceptions, then build and test the workflow with your team.

  • Agree the inputs, actions and operating responsibilities.
  • Test ordinary situations and relevant exceptions.
  • Learn how to assess, stop or escalate a problem.
Build on the Master Foundation

AI Automation requires Master Agent development and relevant training. A full set of specialists or a communicating fleet is not required.

Practical Training Included

Why Start With a Master Agent?

Your team learns what AI needs to understand the business, where it helps and how to judge its results before relying on a workflow to act. That experience informs the automation and helps your team operate it.

What You Receive

The commissioned capability, the context it relies on and practical guidance your team can use.

  • Business Context & Operating Instructions

Relevant information and working methods organized into a maintainable reference, reducing the need to explain the business repeatedly.

  • Configured AI Capabilities

The agreed Master Agent, specialist, fleet or workflow, configured and tested for its defined responsibilities.

  • Validation & Team Training

Evidence of tested performance and limitations, with practical guidance on use, review and upkeep.

Only the commissioned capabilities are included. Training and normal refinement are part of that delivery.

A Practical Starting Point

From Job Notes
to Useful Follow-Up.

Supply the Context

Job notes, customer details and your communication guidelines.

Prepare the Draft

AI organizes the message and flags information still needed.

Review & Send

Your team checks the details and sends the approved message.

Illustrative use case with a human review step. A prepared draft is not a sent message; the actions and review points depend on the workflow you commission.

How We Work

We build with the people who will use the system, using representative business tasks to guide configuration, testing and training.

  1. Define the Useful Result

Use your assessment findings to agree responsibilities, sources, users and examples of a good result. Confirm a suitable setup and the access it needs.

  2. Build, Test & Refine

Organize context, configure the capability and test ordinary tasks alongside incomplete information and relevant exceptions. Refine the setup with your team.

  3. Train & Put Into Use

Practice with real use cases, explain known limits and agree who maintains the information and handles issues. Check that the intended users can operate the result.

Already Using AI?

We can build on a useful existing setup. Start with the task or limitation you want to improve.

Discuss Your Situation
Scope & Quote

A Defined Capability.
A Practical Operating Plan.

The proposal sets out what the system will do, who will use it and how its results will be checked.

  • Business responsibilities and intended outcomes
  • Information sources, systems and permitted actions
  • Users, task variation and recurring routines
  • Testing, refinement, training and operating ownership

Subscriptions, usage costs and ongoing support are identified separately. A recurring workflow does not include indefinite Rehash management.

Individually Quoted.

Normal design, build, testing, refinement and relevant training are included. Shared preparation across a combined engagement is scoped once.

Additional responsibilities, substantial data preparation or continuing management require an agreed scope.

Discuss Your Requirements

Before You Begin

A useful AI system needs a clear role, suitable information and people who understand how to use it.

How Is This Different From Buying an AI Subscription?

The subscription provides the tool. We translate your business requirements into context, instructions and configured capabilities, test the results and train your team to use them.

Do We Need Specialists or a Fleet Before Automation?

No. AI Automation requires the Master Agent foundation and relevant training. Standalone specialists and a communicating fleet are optional expansions where they have a useful purpose.

Will the System Run Without Supervision?

That depends on the commissioned workflow, its permissions and its tested limits. We define where initiation, review and escalation belong. A configured agent alone does not establish unattended operation or autonomous repair.

Do We Need to Organize All Our Information First?

You do not need finished prompts or a complete knowledge base before discussing the service. We identify and organize the relevant material for the agreed capability. Substantial additional cleanup or preparation is scoped separately.

What if Our Tools Need Connecting?

Routine task-specific access can form part of the AI engagement. Distinct, substantial connection work is scoped through Systems Integration, with shared preparation counted once.
