Do I Need to Replace My Software or Adopt AI?
No. The assessment may identify useful capabilities in your existing tools, a simpler process or connections worth improving. Software and AI are considered in the context of your goals; an AI build is not included or required.
Can Focused Work Be Combined With My Systems Assessment?
Yes. The initial assessment helps establish the scope. Completion and focused work can share investigation and analysis in a coordinated engagement, or focused work can be added later. Shared analysis is not charged twice.
What Changes the Scope?
Additional investigation may be needed for materially different operating models, workflows or information structures. We explain the extra question and useful result before quoting it. More crews, locations or tools do not automatically increase the price.
