Managed Consulting Services · The Complete Business

Better Systems Start With the Whole Business.

We connect the technical view of your platforms with the business view no single vendor or service team can see on its own. That shared context keeps workflows, systems, data, and implementation decisions aligned with how the whole operation needs to work.

One Business-Wide Decision

Technology is evaluated by how the complete operation needs to work, not by one platform in isolation.

The Rehash Difference · Beyond One Platform

One Platform Is Never the Whole Picture.

A customer request can pass through your phone system, field service platform, accounting tools, integrations, and team workflows before the job is complete. Most providers are responsible for one piece.

Rehash starts with how the business needs to work, then connects the platforms, people, and decisions required to make the complete system perform.

Typical Boundary
One Platform
!The workflow crosses systems the provider does not own.
!The integration changes work outside the platform.
!The business outcome is larger than a successful go-live.
Rehash Ownership
The Complete System
Business workflows define the requirements.
Platforms and integrations are coordinated together.
Delivery stays connected to the business outcome.
How Services Connect · The Service Model

One Foundation. Three Stages of Support.

Your Foundations Profile establishes the business context. Assess maps what needs to change, Deploy executes the plan, and Optimize improves what is running. Each stage can deliver value on its own while preparing the business for what follows.

A Foundations Profile and a free Rehash Navigator account are required before Compass begins. Deploy requires Compass. Optimize requires Compass and Deploy. Strategic Projects are qualified separately.

Good to Know · Choosing the Right Service

A Clearer Starting Point, Before You Commit.

The service should fit the decision, the work already completed, and the level of complexity involved.

Where should I start?

Start with the problem or decision in front of you. The Resources hub supports self-directed exploration. Assess validates an unclear business-wide decision, while Deploy, Optimize, and Strategic each have more specific qualification requirements. A free consultation can confirm the right route.

Do I need a Foundations Profile before booking a consultation?

No. You can begin with a free consultation. If Assess is the right route, a Foundations Profile and free Navigator account are required before Compass begins. Deploy and Optimize continue from that shared context and the preceding service records.

Does every service start with Assess?

No. Deploy requires a Rehash Assessment, and Optimize requires Rehash Assess and Deploy outputs. Strategic work can begin with Strategic Discovery when the complexity is already clear. When the underlying problem is still uncertain, Assess is usually the better starting point.

Do you replace the software vendor's implementation team?

Usually, no. Their team knows their platform. Rehash complements that expertise by managing the workflows, integrations, existing tools, business requirements, and decisions that cross platform boundaries.

Do you only work with software?

No. The work can include software, AI systems, integrations, data, workflows, reporting, and operating processes. The business requirement determines the technology, not the other way around.

Can Strategic Scoping stand alone?

Yes. It produces a complete Strategic Project Scoping Memo that you keep. Strategic Deployment and Consulting is a separate decision and is priced from the completed scope.
