Does This Include Selecting or Implementing Software?
No. It establishes initial findings and requirements. Final solution validation, detailed rollout planning and implementation are separate work, informed by a completed assessment.
What If My Existing Software Is Suitable?
That can be a useful finding. We consider better use of current capabilities and simpler process changes alongside new software and AI. A new tool is not the assumed outcome.
