Reduce the Headaches of Changing Systems

Plan Around Your Jobs, Not Just the Software

Our field-service experience helps us spot where a rollout could interrupt scheduling, customer updates or billing. We use your assessment to plan around the jobs and commitments your business needs to keep moving.

Know What Your Team Needs Before the Switch

We bring your team into planning workshops to check training, data and access needs against real tasks. That helps uncover preparation a vendor setup plan may leave to you.

Get One Plan Across Your Providers

We review provider plans together, using our understanding of connected systems to find missing tasks, conflicting assumptions and unclear responsibilities. You get a combined plan showing what needs to happen, in what order and who is responsible.

A Completed Systems Assessment Is Required.

We build on its requirements and the solution direction you have established. Focused depth may be needed for unresolved business requirements. Purchasing Solution Selection is not mandatory.

How We Help

Planning Preparation

Review assessment findings, provider plans and existing commitments. Identify the constraints, decisions and dependencies the plan needs to address.

Planning Workshops

Work through stages, responsibilities and operating needs with your team and relevant providers. Agree how their activities fit together.

Vendor-Plan Review

Compare assumptions, resolve conflicts and identify missing or duplicated tasks. Build on useful plans rather than recreate them.

Team Readiness & Change Management

Plan how to support your office and field teams through the change, including communication, training and help with new ways of working. Identify the data, system preparation and checks needed before the switch.

Business-Use Checks

Define what successful use must demonstrate, who participates in the checks and which ongoing operating or support responsibilities need arranging.

Plan Review & Refinement

Walk through the combined plan, address scoped questions and incorporate agreed revisions. Explain outstanding decisions and how to use the plan.

We develop the plan and follow up agreed planning questions between sessions. Routine planning clarification is part of this service.

What You Receive

One integrated package your team and providers can use to prepare and coordinate the rollout.

  • Implementation Plan

The sequence, dependencies and responsibilities, with confirmed commitments distinguished from timing, resource and cost assumptions.

  • Readiness & Transition Requirements

The preparation needed for staff, data, systems and operating continuity. See what is established and what still needs confirmation.

  • Acceptance & Ongoing Operation Plan

Business-use checks, operating and support responsibilities, and how the intended improvements should be reviewed after implementation.

Use the plan with your own team and providers. Hands-on implementation and ongoing rollout management are separate services.

One Coordinated Rollout Plan

What Happens · Who Owns It · What Must Be Ready

Before Each Dependent Step: identify the preparation, confirmation and business-use checks it requires.

The plan distinguishes confirmed commitments from proposed dates and unresolved dependencies.

How We Work

Start from what is already known and useful. Develop the sequence with the people involved, then review what is ready to proceed and what remains conditional.

  1. Establish the Starting Point

Review the chosen direction, assessment findings, provider plans and operating commitments. If rollout has started, establish what is completed and what still needs attention.

  2. Build the Combined Plan

Work through the stages, dependencies, preparation and checks. Client and provider owners confirm their responsibilities and commitments.

  3. Review & Prepare to Proceed

Explain the plan, incorporate agreed revisions and identify unresolved decisions. Make clear what each open item affects before dependent activities proceed.

Already Partway Through a Rollout?

We can build on completed tasks and useful plans to establish what needs to happen next.

Scope & Quote

A Plan for Your
Rollout or Defined Phase.

Agree the scope and price before starting. Existing preparation, the transition involved and the planning needed determine the engagement.

  • Systems, processes and the rollout or phase
  • Relevant providers and planning participation
  • Readiness, transition and business-use checks
  • Working sessions, clarification and revisions

This service plans preparation and testing. It does not perform software configuration, migration, training, implementation tests or ongoing rollout management.

Individually Quoted.

We reuse adequate provider plans and assessment findings. Existing useful preparation can reduce the planning required and the quote.

Material changes, such as a different solution or an additional phase, are reviewed before extending the agreed scope.

Discuss Your Requirements

Before You Begin

The result is a reviewed, usable plan for the agreed scope. Completing the plan does not mean that every provider is ready or that the implementation is complete.

Our Vendor Already Has a Plan. Would This Duplicate It?

We build on useful plans and examine how they connect to your business and other providers. If your existing plan already covers the need adequately, this service may add little value.

Do We Need Solution Selection First?

No, if the solution direction is sufficiently established. A completed Systems Assessment remains required. Fundamental uncertainty about the choice should be resolved before treating a rollout plan as executable.

Do We Need a Finished Vendor Plan Before Starting?

No. We can work with available information and make assumptions or missing commitments explicit. Where an unknown prevents reliable sequencing, the affected part of the plan remains conditional.

Does This Include Managing the Rollout?

No. Planning develops the sequence, preparation and checks. Implementation Project Management provides separately commissioned active coordination during the rollout. You can also execute the plan with your own team and providers.
