You Shouldn’t Have to
Figure It All Out Yourself.

Technology decisions don’t stop after implementation. Your team changes, new possibilities emerge and problems rarely stay inside one piece of software.

I work alongside you to understand what matters, challenge the options and turn useful decisions into practical action. Over time, that means less explaining your business from scratch and more informed follow-through.

Business and Technology.
A Personal Passion.

I’m Joe Guevara, founder of Rehash. I enjoy understanding how a business works, where it wants to go and how technology can help it get there.

Working with me means working directly with a business owner who cares about the commercial decisions as much as the technical ones. I look at the people, information and workflows around a problem before deciding what to change.

Our business should grow by creating meaningful value for yours.

That is the basis of the ongoing relationship: practical guidance, hands-on work and an honest view of what is worth doing next.

Curious About Technology.
Grounded in Your Business.

I like exploring what technology makes possible. The important judgment is which possibilities will create useful, lasting value for you.

Understand the Whole Business.

A software problem can begin in a workflow, a handoff or missing information. I look beyond the tool to understand what is actually getting in the way.

Weigh the Real Trade-Offs.

More capability brings cost, effort and upkeep. I help you assess the benefit, build on what works and avoid complexity that doesn’t earn its place.

Stay Focused on Business Value.

The test is how the change helps your business and your team. We review what the evidence shows and use that to decide the next step.

Start With What You Have.

We establish a useful starting point and clear responsibilities before ongoing management begins.

Ongoing Management.
Clearly Defined.

Your agreement sets out what we manage, how work is prioritized and how we stay accountable to your business.

  • Named software, AI workflows, connections and reporting
  • Review cadence and agreed checks
  • Request handling and response arrangements
  • Included improvement capacity and approval process
  • Vendor, specialist and client responsibilities
  • Initial setup, additional costs and handover arrangements

Scoped to Your Business.

A recurring relationship. Combine ongoing guidance, practical management and agreed improvements around your priorities.

Clear project boundaries. Substantial new builds, migrations or remediation are identified and quoted separately where needed.

Keep useful existing work. Carry forward relevant assessment and implementation records rather than repeat preparation.

Discuss Your Requirements

Frequently Asked Questions.

How is this different from an implementation project?

Implementation establishes an agreed working setup and prepares your team to use it. Fractional Technology Management carries agreed responsibilities forward, addressing issues, changing needs and worthwhile improvements over time.

What if we do not need a major improvement every month?

The service includes the agreed review and management responsibilities, not just new builds. We report on checks, issue follow-through and next actions. We do not recommend changes simply to create activity.

Does this replace vendor support or our internal team?

It complements both. Vendors support their products, your team directs the business, and Rehash manages agreed work across the systems and providers involved.

Can you manage software or AI that Rehash did not implement?

Potentially. We assess the existing setup, access, responsibilities and our ability to support the required work before agreeing coverage. A product being listed in the software directory does not automatically establish support eligibility.

Are new dashboards and automations included?

Reporting upkeep and changes can be included within the agreed capacity. A substantial dashboard build, new automation or integration is assessed against its size, risk and the service scope before work begins.

Is this unlimited IT support?

No. Coverage and response arrangements are agreed explicitly. Device, network and security services, round-the-clock response and unlimited projects are not implied.

Can we continue independently later?

The agreement establishes exit and handover arrangements, including current records, operating guidance and open responsibilities. Defects covered by an original delivery agreement do not require an ongoing management subscription.
