Implementation Planning
& Project Management

How we turn assessment findings into an implementation plan, then coordinate delivery when project management is included.

How the consultation helps you decide
  1. Your business goalsUnderstand what you want to improve and why it matters.
  2. Insights & trade-offsDiscuss useful approaches alongside cost, effort, adoption and ongoing responsibilities.
  3. Your next stepUse the advice independently or explore assessment-led work with Rehash.

What we explore together

Rehash brings business and technology experience to the discussion, helping you connect a software or AI decision to a useful business result. We discuss the considerations relevant to your situation; the consultation gives direction to further investigation.

Relevance to Implementation Planning & Management

We begin with what you want to improve and why it matters now. You may have selected a solution, received a provider’s implementation plan or already begun work. We discuss the operating requirements, current commitments and people affected by the change.

A provider’s proposal and any existing assessment findings help establish the current position. We clarify what is already available, what has changed and which questions need investigation before the combined work can be planned.

The consultation provides initial guidance. It does not establish technical feasibility or a final implementation scope. Implementation uses a completed Systems Assessment; relevant existing findings are reviewed and carried forward.

Three possible next steps

We discuss the route that fits your situation. Further work with Rehash is optional, and technology services use the completed assessment foundation.

Explore independently

Use the advice to research options or improve your current setup at your own pace.

Planning & Readiness

What carries into the assessment

The discussion gives the investigation a starting point. These inputs are context to examine, rather than validated assessment findings.

The decision & intended result
What you are considering and the improvement you want it to achieve.
The current position
Relevant systems, work already underway, provider plans, commitments and existing assessment or delivery records.
Constraints & questions
Known timing, budget or capacity considerations and the uncertainties that could affect the decision.

What to bring

Be ready to describe the problem or opportunity, your current approach and any options already under consideration. Bring relevant provider proposals, assessment findings, current plans and known commitments. These help explain the position; you do not need a completed implementation plan to begin.

Do I have to commission an assessment after the consultation?

No. The consultation is a prerequisite if you proceed to an assessment, but it does not commit you to purchasing one. You can use the advice independently or decide on further work with Rehash.

How the assessment develops

The initial stage establishes direction and explains the further investigation needed. Workshops & Analysis develops the supported requirements and recommended approach that implementation planning uses. Relevant existing findings are reviewed and reused, with material changes and unresolved questions made explicit.

Where focused assessments add depth

Focused assessments extend the Systems Assessment where the decision needs deeper investigation. They can be coordinated with completion or added later; the appropriate depth follows the requirements of your business.

Marketing & Lead ConversionRequirements for lead capture, follow-up and marketing information.

Rehash investigates where leads are lost, response and routing arrangements, follow-up work and the information needed to judge marketing performance.

Lead capture & speed to lead
Routing, coverage and how quickly suitable leads receive a useful response.
Follow-up & conversion
Tracking and automation that support follow-up with less manual administration.
Marketing feedback
Connecting spend, conversions and customer history to investment decisions.

Use in implementation: Clarify the business requirements for lead capture, routing, follow-up and connections to operational systems. Carry these into provider coordination, checks and transition preparation.

Marketing & Lead Conversion Assessment
Operations EfficiencyRequirements for office workflows, field delivery and coordination.

Rehash investigates how software, AI and process changes could reduce avoidable cost, improve job delivery and make better use of your team’s time.

Back-office operations

Use in implementation: Define the preparation around job delivery, staff workflows and back-office processing, including participation, information needs and operating responsibilities.

Operations Efficiency Assessment
Executive Financial & OperationsRequirements for financial visibility, management information and reporting.

Rehash investigates which information your team needs to make decisions and what the underlying data and systems must support.

Financial visibility
What available data can reveal about job profitability, costs and cash flow.
Operational visibility
Measures connecting lead handling, job delivery and capacity to business results.
Reporting & analysis
Getting useful information to the appropriate people in time to act.

Use in implementation: Identify the information and system requirements for financial visibility, reporting and management decisions, including affected connections and operating owners.

Executive Financial & Operations Assessment

Completion and focused work can share investigation in a coordinated engagement. Shared analysis is not charged twice; additional scope is explained and agreed before work begins.

What carries into implementation planning

A provider’s plan may describe its own product implementation without covering the wider business requirements or connections to other systems. The assessment establishes what the improvement needs to accomplish and what must be considered across the business.

Assessment establishes business requirements and direction. Planning reconciles those findings with the selected approach, provider plans and the responsibilities needed for a meaningful transition.

Participation & responsibilities

Rehash
Leads the investigation, connects contributions and evidence, develops the findings and recommended approach, and explains the report and its implications for implementation planning.
Your team
Provides operating knowledge, relevant existing material and access to the appropriate people. Reviews findings, corrects the context and confirms business priorities.
Relevant providers
Clarify current capabilities, connections or constraints where their information is needed for the agreed investigation.

Scope & next step

The depth of investigation follows the decisions, workflows and information involved. Rehash explains the scope and fixed price before each purchased stage, with payment before that stage begins.

Can we stop after the initial assessment?

Yes. Keep and use the initial findings with your team or another provider. A completed assessment is required if you want Rehash to proceed with implementation planning or other technology services.

When is focused investigation needed?

Where a consequential question requires deeper analysis of marketing, operations or management information. Focused work is scoped around that need and can share investigation with assessment completion.

More crews, locations or tools do not automatically require more work. Materially different workflows, operating models or information structures may require additional investigation.

What happens if a requirement remains unresolved?

Rehash identifies the unanswered question and explains its effect on the recommendation. Business requirements needing further assessment are resolved or clearly qualified; provider-specific questions carry into planning with a named owner, next action and consequence for the affected work.

How Rehash carries the findings forward

We reconcile the assessment with existing provider plans, current commitments and changes since the investigation. Adequate work is carried forward, while unresolved conditions remain visible in planning. This keeps the implementation connected to the reasoning behind the recommendation.

The client workspace brings the relevant findings, agreed plan, decisions and next actions together as the engagement progresses.

When to include this service

This service is useful when you are still deciding between approaches, want to validate a preferred solution or need to understand whether important requirements can be met. Rehash turns the assessment requirements into relevant evaluation scenarios, demo questions and trial checks, then explains what the evidence supports.

The recommendation can support a purchase, better use of existing tools or retaining your current approach. Remaining questions may call for focused assessment before a decision is made.

What carries into implementation planning

Selection outputUse in implementation planning
Candidate Fit &
Validation Findings

What was demonstrated or checked, how the solution meets your requirements and which limitations or conditions remain.

Planning carries those conditions into the work, preparation and checks that need to be assigned.
Cost, Value &
Trade-off Comparison

Expected benefits alongside subscriptions, add-ons, staff effort, adoption demands and material switching costs.

Planning uses these implications to inform resources, transition preparation and project trade-offs.
Recommendation &
Decision Brief

The recommended direction, credible alternatives and conditions to resolve before committing.

The implementation plan stays connected to the reasoning behind the choice and the business decision taken.

Value of combining selection and planning

Rehash can carry the requirements, evaluation evidence and decision rationale directly into implementation planning. This gives the engagement a continuous record of what the solution needs to accomplish, what was validated and what still requires preparation or confirmation.

Limitations and adoption demands identified during selection become planning inputs. Provider commitments are reconciled with those findings, so the plan reflects both the chosen product and the wider operating change.

Selection & Validation and Implementation Planning & Readiness remain separately scoped services. Their responsibilities and deliverables are agreed for the engagement.

If your solution is already selected

Planning can proceed from the completed assessment and established solution direction. Rehash reconciles relevant selection evidence, existing provider plans and commitments. Additional validation is considered where material requirements or conditions remain unresolved.

Staff preparation and training are considered alongside delivery and operating continuity.

Make conditions visible

Unresolved matters inform readiness requirements and the basis for proceeding.

The integrated planning package

The package connects three areas of planning. Its depth and format follow the engagement; these do not need to be three separate documents.

Implementation Plan

Contains: The work sequence, dependencies, client/provider responsibilities, confirmed commitments and resource, timing or cost assumptions.

Use it to: Understand who is doing what, in what order, and what dependent work requires.

Readiness & Transition Requirements

Contains: Preparation for staff, information, connected systems and operating continuity, including what remains to be confirmed.

Use it to: Prepare the business for the change and identify conditions that must be resolved before affected work proceeds.

Acceptance & Operating Handover Plan

Contains: Intended business-use checks, assigned participants, supporting evidence and operating or support responsibilities.

Use it to: Establish how improvements will be reviewed and how ownership will transfer into business use.

Participation & responsibilities

Rehash
Leads planning, reconciles contributions, identifies missing work and conflicting assumptions, explains dependencies and reviews the integrated package.
Your team
Provides operating knowledge, current plans and commitments, staff availability and authorized business decisions. Reviews the proposed approach with Rehash.
Vendors & specialists
Confirm their assigned work, dependencies, technical commitments and preparation or training arrangements. They retain responsibility for their assigned delivery.

Providers can participate through your existing relationships or the agreed implementation team. Rehash establishes how those contributions connect.

Scope, timing & review

The systems affected, operating changes, data preparation, staff needs and provider dependencies determine the depth of planning. We agree the rollout or phase covered, working sessions, included revisions and required participants.

  • Unconfirmed commitments make affected parts of the plan conditional. Rehash identifies what needs confirmation and who will resolve it.
  • Planning establishes readiness checks and their ownership. Carrying out those checks belongs to the assigned execution responsibilities.
  • Material changes, additional phases or expanded responsibilities require scope review.

We review the combined plan with you and relevant providers, incorporate agreed revisions and make the commitments, open conditions and agreed basis for execution explicit.

How the reviewed plan is carried forward

You receive a reviewed planning package with responsibilities, dependencies and unresolved conditions made explicit. Choose who will coordinate execution of that plan.

Independent Execution

Rehash develops and explains the coordinated plan. Your team and providers manage its execution.

What Rehash manages

Maintain the combined workplan

Keep sequence, responsibilities, commitments and dependencies current as circumstances change.

Coordinate participants and follow-through

Lead agreed meetings, follow up between them and reconcile updates across your team and providers.

Investigate issues and explain implications

Examine cross-party problems and explain effects on timing, cost, staff, customers and intended outcomes.

Coordinate decisions and responses

Maintained project records

The workplan and decision record stay connected as the project develops. Rehash Navigator can serve as the shared client workspace for relevant findings, the agreed plan, decisions and next actions. The working format and participant arrangements follow the engagement.

Workplan & Responsibilities

Contains: Current sequence, progress, commitments, dependencies and assigned ownership, including agreed preparation and training arrangements.

Use it to: Understand the current project position, coordinate dependent work and follow what each participant needs to do next.

Issue, Change & Decision Record

Contains: Material issues, options, decisions, rationale, agreed changes and outstanding actions.

Use it to: Understand why the approach changed, what was authorized and which actions or conditions remain unresolved.

The Acceptance & Handover Record develops further during readiness and transition, connecting the agreed checks and evidence to decisions and operating responsibilities.

Explore the Client Workspace

Changes, dependencies & scope

Routine coordination and workplan updates sit within the agreed management service. Substantial replanning, additional phases or expanded responsibilities require scope review.

Missing information, access or provider commitments make affected work conditional. Rehash identifies the consequence, what needs to be resolved and who needs to act or decide.

Technical delivery and additional work

Software configuration, migration and specialist implementation remain with the assigned providers unless separately commissioned within an eligible Rehash service. Coordinating technical work does not transfer its delivery responsibility to Rehash.

Scope changes are reviewed before additional responsibilities are agreed. Ongoing support and work beyond the commissioned management period are included only where agreed.

Delays & continued management

Continued management beyond the agreed period follows the extension terms and rate established in your quote when delays are attributable to the client, vendors or specialists. Rehash explains the impact and reviews the revised plan with you.

Extensions caused by Rehash’s own failure to fulfil its agreed responsibilities do not trigger this additional charge.

Coordination continues through transition

The current workplan, provider confirmations and unresolved matters become inputs to readiness review. Rehash continues coordinating agreed work through readiness and transition within the commissioned scope.

Meeting arrangements, evidence needs and participation follow the project scope. Access is requested where the commissioned work needs it. The plan establishes who performs each check and supplies evidence.

How open conditions are handled

Rehash identifies the issue, explains its implications and establishes the action or decision needed with the responsible participants. A condition may require further work, a revised transition or an explicitly authorized approach.

Technical checks, certification & unresolved work

Client and provider participants perform their assigned reviews and supply evidence. Rehash coordinates and reviews within its mandate. Independent technical certification is not included by default; Rehash performs technical testing only when commissioned within an eligible service.

Unfinished work and unconfirmed ownership remain explicit. Recording a gap does not complete unfinished commissioned work, and readiness review does not automatically establish that every provider’s implementation is complete.

From readiness review to transition

The reviewed evidence, authorized decisions and remaining actions carry into Transition & Handover. Readiness review establishes the basis for the next step; coordination continues through the agreed transition.

Explore the Client Workspace

When the engagement closes

Completion is reviewed against the commissioned scope. Rehash explains the project records, work completed, remaining actions and operating or support responsibilities. The end of the management period does not by itself establish that every provider’s implementation is complete.

Phased transitions & unresolved conditions

A transition may proceed in agreed phases. We identify the conditions and dependencies affecting each phase, coordinate the agreed actions and bring consequential business decisions to the authorized client participants.

Unfinished commissioned work and unconfirmed responsibilities remain explicit. Additional phases, ongoing support and work outside the agreed management scope require review.

Delays & continued management

When delays attributable to the client, vendors or specialists extend the agreed management period, Rehash explains the impact on dependent work and reviews the revised plan with you. Any continued management follows the extension terms and rate established in your quote.

Extensions caused by Rehash’s own failure to fulfil its agreed responsibilities do not trigger this additional charge.

After the transition

Once systems are in use, separately scoped support can help review performance and identify worthwhile improvements around your operating priorities.

Completion questions

What if the management period ends before the wider implementation?

Rehash reviews the current position and next arrangements with you. Continued management follows the extension terms established in the quote. The end of the agreed period does not establish implementation success or create an indefinite management commitment.

Delays attributable to the client, vendors or specialists are addressed under the agreed extension terms. Extensions caused by Rehash’s own failure to fulfil its agreed responsibilities do not trigger this additional charge.

Is ongoing support included?
