Stop carrying the back-and-forth between software vendors and specialists. We coordinate your implementation, balancing business results and technology requirements so provider decisions support the way your business needs to run.

Client-Side Coordination · Individually Quoted

Keep Your Rollout Moving in the Right Direction

Spend Less Time Chasing Vendors

We bring vendors and specialists into the same conversation, clarify who needs to act and follow up on commitments. Our understanding of connected systems helps resolve questions that would otherwise get passed back to you.

Keep Business Priorities in Technical Decisions

We use your assessment and our field-service experience to challenge technical requests that miss the business need. You get a clear explanation of what a change means for costs, staff, jobs and customers.

Help Your Team Adapt to the Change

We use your implementation plan and our field-service experience to coordinate training, clarify changing responsibilities and address issues affecting daily jobs. Your office and field teams have support as new systems come into use, rather than being left to figure it out themselves.

Start With the Assessment and a Usable Plan.

A completed Systems Assessment is required. Implementation Planning & Readiness normally comes next; proceeding without that service requires Rehash's review and approval of the current project state.

Focused assessment depth depends on the requirements still unresolved. An existing vendor plan alone does not automatically satisfy the planning exception.

How We Help

Coordination & Follow-Through

Bring providers into the same conversation, resolve questions between them and follow up on commitments. Keep you involved in the decisions that need your input.

Workplan & Dependencies

Maintain the combined sequence and commitments. Coordinate routine adjustments as circumstances change and explain their effect on dependent activities.

Issue Resolution & Decisions

Investigate conflicting requirements, explain the business trade-offs and bring decisions to the right people. Track the agreed response and escalate unresolved issues.

Readiness & Acceptance

Follow up on the preparation and checks in the plan. Obtain relevant confirmations and make clear what has been checked, what is reported and what remains unresolved.

Transition Into Operation

Coordinate the agreed move into business use or the next phase. Explain completed activities, remaining actions and who owns ongoing operation or support.

Training Coordination & Team Support

Coordinate vendor-led training around staff schedules and job responsibilities. Follow up on questions, readiness and adoption issues with your team and vendors. Where agreed, act as an on-site liaison when vendors provide support remotely.

What You Receive

Active project management supported by three maintained records, so decisions, progress and responsibilities stay clear.

  • Implementation Workplan & Responsibilities

The current sequence, commitments and dependencies, including agreed training arrangements and who handles staff questions.

  • Issue, Change & Decision Record

Important issues, agreed changes and decisions, including the reasons, consequences and outstanding actions.

  • Acceptance & Transition Record

What has been checked, what remains unresolved and who handles remaining activities or ongoing support.

The records preserve the context needed to continue with your team or providers. They support the management service rather than replace it.

How We Work

Reuse the assessment and plan, establish the current position and keep coordination tied to the commissioned project or phase.

  1. Establish the Current Position

Confirm progress, commitments, open decisions and the management scope. Agree communication routes and which decisions need your approval.

  2. Coordinate & Resolve

Lead the agreed follow-through, update the workplan and investigate issues. Keep business consequences, dependencies and evidence in view.

  3. Review & Transfer Responsibilities

Explain what is complete, unverified or outstanding. Confirm remaining operating and support responsibilities, or record where ownership still needs agreement.

Discuss Your Project
Scope & Quote

A Defined Project,
Phase & Management Period.

The proposal sets the responsibilities Rehash will manage and the participation needed from your team and providers.

  • Project or phase, systems and participating parties
  • Management period and agreed availability
  • Meetings, routine follow-up and workplan updates
  • Readiness, acceptance and transition responsibilities

Routine coordination and updates are included. Substantial replanning, additional phases or expanded responsibilities need scope review before extending the engagement.

Individually Quoted.

The quote defines the management period and the rate for agreed continued management if client or provider delays extend it.

Ordinary coordination already included in another Rehash service is not charged again as a separate management engagement.

Discuss Your Requirements

Before You Begin

Clear responsibilities matter as much as the plan. We define what Rehash manages, what providers deliver and which decisions stay with you.

Our Vendor Has a Project Manager. Do We Need Another?

Not necessarily. A vendor's project manager may cover its own delivery while decisions involving other systems, providers and your team still fall to you. We coordinate that combined scope where needed. If existing management already covers it, another engagement may be duplicative.

Can We Skip Implementation Planning?

Planning is the normal prerequisite, including for projects underway. An exception requires Rehash's review and explicit approval of the current project state. A vendor plan's existence alone does not establish that the combined planning need is satisfied.

Will Rehash Configure or Migrate Our Software?

Not as part of project management alone. Those activities stay with the appointed providers unless separately commissioned within an eligible Rehash service.

What Happens if the Project Is Delayed?

We explain the effect on dependent activities and review the next step with you. Continued management beyond the agreed period follows the terms set in the quote. A delay does not create an indefinite management commitment, and reaching an end date does not prove implementation success.
