Make Better Decisions With Your Business Data.

See Where Your Business Makes (and Loses) Money

We use your assessment and our field-service systems expertise to connect job revenue, costs and operational performance, helping you see where pricing, staffing or delivery need attention.

Act on Numbers You Can Trust

Rehash checks calculations against source records and explains missing information, so you can distinguish completed jobs, invoices and payments before making spending or collection decisions.

Spend Less Time Assembling Reports

We build reporting around the decisions your team needs to make and demonstrate how to update it, so you can spend more time investigating changes and deciding what to do next.

Start With a Completed Systems Assessment.

Your assessment identifies the decisions, information gaps and business priorities the reporting needs to support. Completion is required before this service begins.

The Executive Financial & Operations Assessment is the normal route for substantial cross-business reporting. Marketing or Operations assessment depth may be sufficient for narrower requirements; we confirm what is needed for your scope.

How We Help

Define the Questions & Measures

Review existing reports with your team. Agree the decisions, comparisons and calculations that matter, including what each measure includes and excludes.

Build the Reporting

Prepare the agreed data and develop the report, scorecard or dashboard. Reuse effective capabilities in your existing systems where they meet the need.

Check the Numbers

Validate calculations against source records, investigate material differences and make the limits clear so your team knows which comparisons it can rely on.

Make It Usable

Walk through the findings, demonstrate how updates happen and explain how to investigate a change before deciding what action to take.

What You Receive

Working reporting, defined measures and a demonstrated way to keep the information useful.

  • Reporting & KPI Specification

The business questions, measures, calculations and source relationships, with exclusions that explain what the figures mean.

  • Working Report or Dashboard

Your agreed reporting view, built and validated using the scoped data preparation and comparisons.

  • Refresh & Interpretation Guide

The demonstrated update process, measure definitions and practical guidance for investigating changes and reviewing results.

The format follows the decision. A useful report may be enough; a more complex dashboard is not automatically better.

How We Work

Agree what the reporting needs to answer, build it against real source information and show your team how to use it.

  1. Agree Questions & Definitions

Use the assessment to confirm priorities, data sources, periods and measures. Identify missing information before promising a comparison.

  2. Build & Validate

Prepare the data, develop the view and check calculations against source records. Refine the reporting through the agreed review sessions.

  3. Demonstrate Updates & Use

Show how the information is refreshed, explain findings and limits, and give your team a practical method for its next review.

What Decision Is Your Reporting Missing?

Bring the question you keep trying to answer. We can help identify the information and reporting needed to support it.

Discuss Your Priorities
Scope & Quote

Useful Reporting.
A Clear Scope.

Your proposal defines the reporting to be built, the checks to be completed and how updates will operate.

  • Business questions, sources, measures and reporting periods
  • Data preparation, report views and comparisons
  • Working sessions, validation and included revisions
  • Refresh responsibilities, guidance and practical limits

Optional ongoing support can maintain reporting, help interpret changes and review later results. Its cadence and scope are agreed separately; the initial deliverable is useful on its own.

Individually Quoted.

Scope reflects the data sources, preparation, reporting depth and update requirements. Existing exports or manual imports may be sufficient.

Substantial new systems connections, AI development or operational changes are scoped through the relevant service. Shared preparation is counted once.

Discuss Your Requirements

Before You Begin

The right reporting depends on your questions, the information available and a realistic way to maintain it.

Do We Need a New Reporting Platform?

Not necessarily. We first consider the reporting and export capabilities you already have. The format and tools follow the agreed requirements; a particular platform is not a prerequisite.

Does Every Source Need an Automated Connection?

No. Existing exports or manual imports may support the reporting cadence you need. New integrations are justified and scoped separately when their value warrants the additional effort.

Can You Show Profitability if Our Cost Data Is Incomplete?

We identify what is missing and which comparisons are supportable. Revenue alone does not establish profit. Calculations are checked against source records, with your team or accounting specialist confirming the appropriate financial interpretation.

Who Keeps the Reporting Updated?

The proposal defines the update process and responsibilities. We demonstrate that process and provide guidance so your team understands how current the information is and what an update requires.

Is Ongoing Rehash Support Required?

No. The initial engagement delivers working reporting and guidance. Further maintenance, interpretation or advisory support is optional and separately scoped.
